    7Warranty

    Quantum Solar Investments (QSI) guarantees all parts sold and labour effected against faulty workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of installation (conditions apply).

    Conditions:
    - Claims shall be limited to the replacement and/or repairs of any faulty parts;
    - Components manufactured by a third party are subject to the third party's warranty stipulations;
    - QSI shall not be held liable for any consequential damages;
    - Warranty does not include travelling distance, travelling time, air freight expenses and/or road transport expenses;
    - No responsibility is accepted and no claims will be recognised if: the fault is not reported within 15 days; repairs were undertaken by someone else without written consent from QSI; the fault is due to negligence and/or mishandling on the part of the client and/or a contractor acting on behalf of the client; or the consumption exceeds the design capacity of the solar system.
